Zhongfu Straits unit bankruptcy pre-reorganization update

Zhongfu Straits Pingtan Development (SZSE:000592) provided an update on the bankruptcy pre-reorganization process for its subsidiary, Fujian Zhongfu Straits Building Materials City Co., Ltd. ("Zhongfu Jiancai"). The company, acting as a creditor, applied to the court for Zhongfu Jiancai's pre-reorganization. The application is currently under review, awaiting court acceptance.
