YinXing Energy elects new supervisory board chair

NingXia YinXing Energy Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 000862) announced changes to its Supervisory Board. Shareholders elected Li Jianzhong as a new shareholder representative supervisor at the 2024 third extraordinary general meeting held on December 24, 2024. Li Jianzhong's term will last until the expiration of the ninth Supervisory Board's term. Concurrently, Xu Chunlei resigned from all positions within the company. The company expressed gratitude for Xu Chunlei’s contributions during his tenure. Following these changes, the board held a meeting and elected Li Jianzhong as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective immediately until the current term's expiration. The ninth Supervisory Board now comprises Li Jianzhong, Li Changhao, and employee representative Li Zhengke.
