Fujian Jinsen secures ownership of industrial assets

Fujian Jinsen Forestry Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002679) has finalized the acquisition of industrial land, buildings, and equipment in Jiangle County, Fujian Province, following a successful judicial auction. The company secured the assets for 16.81 million RMB (approximately 2.33 million USD) and has now received the official "Real Estate Ownership Certificate" from the Jiangle County Natural Resources Bureau. The acquired assets include 86,292 square meters of industrial land with a usage term extending to October 25, 2068, and a 14,112 square meter factory building. This acquisition strengthens Fujian Jinsen’s operational base and supports its long-term growth strategy within the region.
