Gansu Dunhuang Seed streamlines operations, approves new management framework

Gansu Dunhuang Seed Group Co., Ltd. announced that its Ninth Board of Directors convened its eighteenth extraordinary meeting on December 26, 2025. All eight eligible directors participated, with decisions reached unanimously, affirming the legality and effectiveness of the resolutions.

Key decisions included the approval of the "Company Organizational Structure Management Measures" and adjustments to the company's institutional setup. Both proposals received a unanimous vote of eight in favor, zero against, and zero abstentions. The new management measures aim to enhance operational efficiency.

To align with strategic development goals, the company will reorganize its headquarters' functional departments, reducing them from 12 to 7. The new departments will include the Party and Government Office (incorporating the Disciplinary Inspection Office and Board of Directors Office), Strategic Development Office, Operations Management Office, Technology and Information Office, Budget and Finance Office, Audit and Legal Affairs Office, and Safety and Environmental Protection Office.
