Yili Industrial Group shareholder adjusts equity pledge

Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. announced on December 26, 2025, that its shareholder, Hohhot Investment Co., Ltd., has adjusted its share pledge status. Hohhot Investment Co., Ltd. holds 538,535,826 shares, representing 8.51% of Yili Industrial Group's total share capital.

The latest transaction involves the pledging of 20,810,000 shares to China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. for production and operations, with the pledge commencing on December 24, 2025, and maturing on December 23, 2026. Concurrently, 21,000,000 shares previously pledged were released on December 25, 2025. This specific pledge represents 3.86% of Hohhot Investment Co., Ltd.'s holdings and 0.33% of Yili Industrial Group's total share capital.

Following these adjustments, Hohhot Investment Co., Ltd.'s cumulative pledged shares now total 205,380,000. This accounts for 38.14% of its total holdings and 3.25% of Yili Industrial Group's total share capital. The released shares currently have no subsequent pledge plans.
