Rockchip shareholder donates shares to education foundation

Rockchip Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that its shareholder, Li Min, will gratuitously donate 175,000 unrestricted tradable shares of the company to the Fuzhou No. 1 Middle School Education Development Foundation. This donation is intended to support the education development of his alma mater. As of the announcement date, Li Min holds 157,679,892 shares, representing 37.46% of the company's total share capital.

The value of the donated shares is estimated at approximately 31.46 million yuan, calculated based on Rockchip’s average price of 179.76 yuan over the ten trading days prior to the signing of the donation agreement. Following the donation, Li Min's shareholding will adjust to 157,504,892 shares, representing 37.42% of the company.

This donation, scheduled for implementation on December 26, 2025, will not result in a change in the company's control, nor will it impact its corporate governance structure or continuous operations.
