China Tourism Group Duty Free wins Beijing airport project

China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (CTGDF) announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Duty Free Group Co., Ltd., has been confirmed as the winning bidder for the "01 Bid Section, T3 Terminal" duty-free project at Beijing Capital International Airport. The company received the "Notice of Award" on December 26, 2025.

The concession has an operating period from the contract's effective date until February 10, 2034, approximately eight years. Financial terms include a guaranteed first-year operating fee of RMB 480,270,000 and a 5% commission on first-year sales.

CTGDF anticipates this project will enhance its channel advantages at key domestic airports, meeting diverse shopping needs and improving the duty-free experience for travelers. The company expects a positive impact on future operating performance, though a formal contract has yet to be signed, and specific terms remain subject to final agreement.
