Wangfujing group's WellTown project set to open in Tongzhou

Wangfujing Group Co., Ltd. announced the opening of its Wanli Wangfujing WellTown project on December 26, 2025. This integrated cultural and commercial complex, developed by associate company Beijing Huanhui Real Estate Co., Ltd., is located in Beijing's Tongzhou District. Beijing Wangfujing Outlets Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Wangfujing Group, will manage and operate the property.

The project boasts a total construction area of 187,000 square meters and has a contracted operating period of 15 years. Wanli Wangfujing WellTown is positioned around themes of "nature, future, technology, and fashion," aiming to create an immersive aesthetic experience for consumers. It features attractions such as a flying saucer screen, 3D screen, and spiral rainbow slides, alongside "light, water, and sky" themed atriums.

The development is envisioned as "a living home where beauty flows," offering high-value outlet brands complemented by "culture, art, sports, global cuisine, and family entertainment." It includes the WCCA Wanli Contemporary Art Center, a platform integrating commerce and art, designed to establish the project as an urban micro-holiday destination. As of the announcement date, Wangfujing Group operates 78 large-scale integrated retail stores nationwide.
