Southern Publishing and Media announces director and general manager departure

Southern Publishing and Media Company announced today the departure of Mr. Ye He from his roles as director, general manager, and member of the board's strategic committee. Mr. Ye submitted his resignation due to a work transfer, effective from the date his written report was delivered to the board. Following his resignation, Mr. Ye will no longer hold any positions within the company.

Mr. Ye's original term for these positions was set to expire on December 25, 2025, for his director and general manager roles, and September 22, 2028, for his strategic committee membership. The company confirmed that Mr. Ye has no unfulfilled public commitments and has completed the necessary handover procedures.

The company stated that Mr. Ye's departure will not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory minimum, nor will it affect the normal operation and business of the board.
