Oppein Home pauses bond conversion for 2025 interim dividend distribution

Oppein Home Group has announced the temporary suspension of conversion for its "Oppein 22 convertible bonds" in preparation for its 2025 interim equity distribution. The suspension period will begin on December 31, 2025, and last until the equity distribution record date, at which point the bonds will resume conversion. Bondholders wishing to convert their "Oppein 22 convertible bonds" and participate in the interim equity distribution must do so by December 30, 2025.

The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.24 yuan per share (including tax) to all shareholders registered on the equity distribution record date. This distribution will be based on the total share capital, excluding shares held in the company's buyback special account. Oppein Home Group’s board of directors approved the 2025 interim dividend plan at its fifth board meeting on December 1, 2025.
