Founder Securities to pay Q3 2025 cash dividend

Founder Securities Co., Ltd. has announced its profit distribution plan for the third quarter of 2025, with a cash dividend of 0.01 yuan per share (including tax) to be distributed to all shareholders. The total cash dividend amounts to 82,321,013.95 yuan, calculated based on the company's total share capital of 8,232,101,395 shares as of September 30, 2025.

The board of directors approved the plan on December 25, 2025, in line with authorization granted at the 2024 annual general meeting for mid-year profit distribution in 2025. The company's unaudited undistributed profit for the parent company as of September 30, 2025, was 19,298,157,112.86 yuan.

Founder Securities stated that if the total share capital changes before the equity registration date, the total distribution amount will remain unchanged, but the per-share distribution amount will be adjusted accordingly, with further announcements to follow. The company also confirmed that the distribution plan aligns with its development stage, capital requirements, and long-term shareholder returns, and will not materially impact its operating cash flow or normal operations.
