Fangda Special Steel redeems wealth product, earns significant return

Fangda Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd. announced the redemption of a wealth management product. The company had previously invested 300 million yuan of its own funds into the CITIC Securities-advised Sinotrust-Xincheng No. 8 Collective Fund Trust Plan. This investment was within the authorization scope approved by the company's eighth board of directors at its forty-fifth meeting and the first extraordinary general meeting in 2025.

Recently, Fangda Special Steel submitted a redemption application during the wealth management product's open period. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has successfully recovered its principal of 300 million yuan. In addition to the principal, Fangda Special Steel also secured an investment income of 7,533,300 yuan.

The original investment was disclosed in an announcement on February 13, 2025, titled "Announcement on the Progress of Fangda Special Steel's Use of Idle Own Funds to Purchase Wealth Management Products" (Announcement No.: Lin 2025-009).
