China Automotive Engineering Research appoints new board and management

The first meeting of China Automotive Engineering Research Institute's sixth board of directors, held on December 25, 2025, confirmed the appointment of Zhou Yulin as chairman for a three-year term. The board also established its specialized committees, with Zhou Yulin leading the Strategic Committee, Tian Guanjun chairing the Audit Committee, Zhao Fuquan heading the Nomination Committee, and Huang Yanjun leading the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. All appointments received unanimous approval from the nine-member board.

Liu Anmin has been appointed as the company's general manager. The board also appointed Huang Yanjun as the board secretary and Ye Fengrui as securities affairs representative. Furthermore, Wang Honggang and Wang Rui were named deputy general managers, Huang Yanjun as chief accountant, and Chao Peipei as chief legal advisor, each serving a three-year term. These appointments align with corporate governance regulations and ensure the continuity of the company's operations.

The new leadership team's qualifications were reviewed by the Nomination Committee, confirming their suitability for their respective roles as per company bylaws and exchange regulations. Most newly appointed senior executives also hold company shares, with Wang Honggang holding 316,600 shares, Wang Rui 86,500 shares, Chao Peipei 240,000 shares, and Ye Fengrui 50,000 shares.
