Zhongtai Securities completes capital, domicile changes after share issuance

Zhongtai Securities Co. Ltd. has announced the completion of industrial and commercial registration changes concerning its registered capital and domicile, along with amendments to its Articles of Association. The company's registered capital has increased from RMB 6,921,663,256 to RMB 7,918,340,996. This change follows the issuance of 996,677,740 A-share common shares to specific investors, with registration and custody completed on November 28, 2025.

Concurrently, Zhongtai Securities has updated its corporate domicile. The company's address has changed from "No. 86 Jingqi Road, Shizhong District, Jinan City" to "Building 3, Zone 5, Hanyu Financial Business Center, No. 7000 Jingshi Road, High-tech Zone, Jinan City." This change was approved by the third board of directors' seventeenth meeting and the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 2 and December 19, 2025, respectively.

The modifications to the company's Articles of Association, reflecting these changes in registered capital and domicile, have also been completed and filed. The business license remains unchanged in other aspects.
