Shanghai Pharma to pay cash dividend for first half 2025

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd. has announced its equity distribution plan for the first half of 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.12 per share (including tax) to its A-share shareholders. The total cash dividend payout will be CNY 445,003,417.08, based on a total share capital of 3,708,361,809 shares.

The A-share equity registration date is December 31, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both set for January 5, 2026. This distribution applies to all A-share shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch by the close of trading on the equity registration date.
