CSSC Science & Technology confirms buyer for wind power assets

CSSC Science & Technology announced progress on the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary's assets. Its subsidiary, CSSC Wind Power Development Co., Ltd., previously offered 100% equity and related claims in CSSC Wind Power (Jixian County) New Energy Co., Ltd. for 32,488.01 million yuan. Beijing Qingneng Technology Co., Ltd., another CSSC Wind Power subsidiary, similarly offered 100% equity and related claims in CSSC Wind Power (Xingcheng) Clean Energy Development Co., Ltd. for 55,517.88 million yuan.

The company has now identified Zhongmei Green Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. as the intended buyer for both assets. The transaction prices for the Jixian County and Xingcheng companies remain 32,488.01 million yuan and 55,517.88 million yuan, respectively. Zhongmei Green Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established on November 28, 2023, with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan.

CSSC Wind Power and Beijing Qingneng Technology will proceed with signing property transaction contracts and handling subsequent procedures. CSSC Science & Technology will disclose further information upon the completion of these transactions.
