CITIC Bank discloses 2023 senior management compensation details

China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited issued a supplementary announcement to its 2023 annual report, confirming the final remuneration for its senior management. The disclosed figures represent the remaining portion of the 2023 final compensation (pre-tax), which includes basic salary, performance-based pay, social insurance, housing provident fund, and corporate annuity contributions.

The announcement details the pre-tax compensation for nine senior executives. Among them, two executives received the highest amounts, both at 136.73 million yuan and 136.26 million yuan respectively. Following closely were two other executives, with compensations of 125.26 million yuan and 125.27 million yuan.

Other executives listed include one with 116.52 million yuan, another with 110.74 million yuan, two with 114.53 million yuan each, and one with 121.19 million yuan. This disclosure aims to ensure transparency regarding the compensation structure for the bank's top executives.
