Lu'an Environmental Energy announces change in signing auditor for 2025 audit

Shanxi Lu'an Environmental Energy Development Co. (Lu'an Environmental Energy) disclosed on December 22, 2025, that its audit firm, Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), has changed its signing certified public accountant for the 2025 annual audit. Mr. Wang Puzhou was originally assigned to provide audit services, but due to a work adjustment, Mr. Dong Xinming has been appointed as the new signing certified public accountant.

The company had previously approved the reappointment of Lixin Certified Public Accountants as its audit firm for the 2025 financial year. This change in signing accountant is an internal adjustment by the audit firm and is not expected to impact the company's 2025 financial report audit work, as the transition of responsibilities has been orderly.

Mr. Dong Xinming, the newly appointed signing certified public accountant, started practicing as a certified public accountant in 2004 and began auditing listed companies in 2006. He has been practicing at Lixin Certified Public Accountants since August 2008 and will start providing audit services to Lu'an Environmental Energy in December 2025. His past experience includes serving as a signing certified public accountant for Jinneng Holding Shanxi Coal Industry Co. from 2021 to 2023 and Shanxi Antai Group Co. in 2024. Mr. Dong Xinming has no record of violating independence requirements and has no adverse records in the past three years.
