Hundsun Technologies director steps down, re-elected as employee representative

Following his resignation, Mr. Jiang Jiansheng was elected as an employee representative director for the company's ninth board of directors at an employee representative meeting held on December 23, 2025. His term will commence from the date of this election and last until the expiration of the ninth board's term. This move aims to further improve the company's corporate governance structure.

Mr. Jiang Jiansheng, born in 1971, is a co-founder of Hundsun Technologies with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. His re-election ensures that the total number of directors also serving as senior management and employee representative directors does not exceed one-half of the total number of directors on the board, fulfilling relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
