Wangfujing Group announces new board and senior management appointments

Wangfujing Group has concluded the election and appointment of its twelfth board of directors and senior management, effective December 23, 2025. Bai Fan was elected chairman, and Shang Xiping as vice chairman. The board also appointed new members to its specialized committees, including strategy & ESG, audit, remuneration & assessment, and nomination, with terms aligning with the current board's tenure.

Shang Xiping was appointed as the company's president, with Wu Jun, Wang Yan, Hu Yong, Zhu Jie, Liu Zhengang, and Dong Xu named vice presidents. Wu Jun will also serve as chief financial officer, and Zhang Xinyu as chief legal counsel. Lian Huiqing was appointed board secretary, and Li Zhi as securities affairs representative.

Senior management members hold substantial shares in the company: Shang Xiping with 90,000 shares, Hu Yong with 40,500 shares, Dong Xu with 15,000 shares, Zeng Qun with 33,800 shares, and Lian Huiqing with 6,000 shares. These appointments align with the company's governance and regulatory requirements.
