Foton Motor appoints new chairman, committee members

Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. held a board meeting with all 11 directors participating. The board unanimously approved the election of Chang Rui as chairman of the 10th Board of Directors.

Additionally, the board appointed members to its specialized committees. The Investment Management Committee will include Chang Rui, Wu Xibin, Wu Ji, Wang Xuequan, and Ye Shengji. The Remuneration and Assessment Committee will comprise Li Ya, Ye Shengji, Liu Tingli, Gu Xin, and Li Weiqing. The Audit/Internal Control Committee members are Liu Tingli, Li Ya, Li Weiqing, Chang Rui, and Gu Xin. The Nomination Committee will consist of Li Weiqing, Li Ya, Liu Tingli, Wang Xuequan, and Cai En-Yu.

The Sustainable Development Committee will see Wu Xibin, Ye Shengji, Li Ya, and Li Weiqing join, with Chang Rui also serving as chairman. Chang Rui will also chair the Investment Management Committee, Li Ya will lead the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, Liu Tingli will head the Audit/Internal Control Committee, and Li Weiqing will chair the Nomination Committee.
