Bohai Ferry Group: Two deputy general managers resign

Bohai Ferry Group Co., Ltd. announced that two deputy general managers, Mr. Zhang Zhiwei and Mr. Li Zhaoxin, submitted their resignations on December 15, 2025. Mr. Zhang Zhiwei resigned due to personal reasons, while Mr. Li Zhaoxin's resignation was prompted by age-related factors. Following their resignations, neither individual will hold any positions within the company. As of the announcement date, both Mr. Zhang Zhiwei and Mr. Li Zhaoxin do not hold any company shares and have no outstanding commitments to fulfill.

The company confirmed that the handovers have been completed in accordance with its departure management system. Both Mr. Zhang Zhiwei and Mr. Li Zhaoxin contributed positively to the company's development during their tenure as deputy general managers, fulfilling their responsibilities as required.

Both executives' original terms were set to expire on May 18, 2026. Neither Mr. Zhang Zhiwei nor Mr. Li Zhaoxin will continue to serve in Bohai Ferry Group or its controlled subsidiaries. This announcement was made by the board of directors of Bohai Ferry Group Co., Ltd. on December 17, 2025.
