Lanhua Sci-Tech director resigns, continues as chief accountant

Shanxi Lanhua Sci-Tech Venture Co., Ltd. announced today, December 20, 2025, that it has received a resignation letter from Xing Yuehong. Citing internal work adjustments, Xing Yuehong applied to resign from his position as a director of the company's Eighth Board of Directors. The resignation took effect upon its delivery to the board, and Xing Yuehong has completed all necessary handover procedures.

Following his resignation as a director, Xing Yuehong will continue to serve as the company's chief accountant. The company clarified that Xing Yuehong has no unfulfilled public commitments, and his resignation as a director will not cause the number of board members to fall below the legally required minimum.

The company confirmed that Xing Yuehong’s departure from the board will not adversely affect the normal operations of the company or its board of directors.
