Zhejiang China Commodities City Group names new general manager and key executives

Zhejiang China Commodities City Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600415) held its Tenth Board of Directors' First Meeting on December 19, 2025. Mr. Bao Hua was appointed as the company's general manager, with his term beginning on the approval date and continuing until the current board's expiration.

The board also approved new vice general managers, a board secretary, and a chief financial officer. Mr. Wu Gang, Mr. Yang Liqiang, Mr. Shou Shengdi, Mr. Gong Chenghao, and Ms. Huang Xiaoying were appointed as vice general managers. Mr. Xu Hang was appointed board secretary, and Ms. Zhao Difang chief financial officer. All new senior management personnel will serve until the current board's term concludes.

These executive appointments followed the company's Fourth Interim Shareholders' Meeting of 2025, also held on December 19, 2025. During this meeting, proposals were passed, including changes to the registered capital and amendments to the articles of association and shareholders' meeting rules. The meeting also approved the election of several directors and independent directors, reinforcing the company's governance structure.
