Yili Industrial completes share sales for employee plans

Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. announced the completion of share sales for its sixth, seventh, and eighth employee shareholding plans. This action follows the company's 2014 first extraordinary general meeting, which approved the implementation of the employee shareholding plan and its management rules.

As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company has sold all shares held under these plans. Specifically, the sixth phase divested 3,459,159 shares, the seventh phase 1,912,400 shares, and the eighth phase 1,886,965 shares.

Following these sales, Yili Industrial Group will proceed with property liquidation and distribution tasks in accordance with the relevant regulations of the employee shareholding plans.
