Sinoma International president resigns, chairman assumes interim duties

China Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. announced on December 19, 2025, that Zhu Bing has resigned as director and president, citing work adjustments. He also relinquished his roles on the board's strategy, investment, and ESG committees. Following his departure, Zhu will continue to serve as a director and as a member of the audit and risk committee and strategy and investment committee for subsidiary CBMC (Hefei) Equipment Technology Co., Ltd.

Effective from Zhu's departure until a new president is appointed, Yin Zhisong, the company's chairman, will assume the duties of president. The board of directors approved this interim arrangement in a meeting held on December 19, 2025. Zhu currently holds 186,168 shares in the company, of which 93,084 are restricted shares.

The company's board confirmed that Zhu's departure will not impact the minimum required number of directors or Sinoma International's normal operations. The company will initiate the process to elect a new director promptly.
