Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd. announced its intention to enter into significant related-party transactions for 2026, with an estimated value ranging from 3.446 bn yuan to 7.29 bn yuan. These transactions are primarily with Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, covering the procurement of raw materials such as coal, coal tar, and crude benzene, as well as the sale of products and the acceptance of labor services. The company expects the raw material coal price to be between 900-1600 yuan per ton.

The proposed transactions aim to stabilize the supply of raw materials and expand product sales, crucial for the company's operational stability. In 2025, actual related-party transactions for raw material procurement, product sales, and labor services from January to November amounted to 3.791 bn yuan. Additionally, the daily balance for deposits and loans with Shanxi Coking Coal Group Finance Co., Ltd. remained within the stipulated limits of 3 bn yuan for each, with actual figures reaching 306.3142 m yuan for deposits and 410.90 m yuan for loans during the same period.

Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd., the indirect controlling shareholder, along with its subsidiaries, including Shanxi Coking Coal Group International Trade Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Coking Coal Group Finance Co., Ltd., are key partners in these planned transactions. The company states that these transactions, approved by the board on December 15, 2025, are based on market-driven pricing principles and are essential for its normal production and operational activities, without adversely affecting its independence or the interests of its shareholders.
