PCI-Suntek Technology extends project timelines, outlines strategic plan

PCI-Suntek Technology announced its "Enhancing Quality and Efficiency for Greater Returns" action plan, reaffirming its commitment to high-quality development and investor value. The plan focuses on deepening its "AI+Intelligent Transportation" core business, enhancing operational quality, and improving sustainable development. The company will continue to innovate in AI, digital technology, and industrial control, aiming to consolidate its leading position in intelligent transportation and expand into smart city governance and enterprise digital transformation. The plan also details a commitment to investor returns, including a share repurchase cancellation of 10,204,924 shares and robust dividend policies, alongside fostering new quality productive forces and strengthening core competitiveness through continuous R&D investment.

In a related announcement, PCI-Suntek Technology disclosed the extension of several key fundraising projects. These include "Digital Twin Core Technology and Open Platform R&D," "New-generation Digitalization System R&D and Industrialization for Rail Transit," "New-generation Digitalization System R&D and Industrialization for Vehicle-Road Collaboration," and "National Sales and Service System Upgrade." Their planned completion dates are extended from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2027. This extension, approved by the board on December 19, 2025, is attributed to market conditions, industry trends, and the complex nature of technological development, ensuring project quality and efficient use of funds without altering the total investment or project scope. The total planned investment for these projects is CNY 181,411.63 million.
