Yueyang Forest & Paper elects new board and leadership team

Yueyang Forest & Paper Co., Ltd. held its first meeting of the ninth board of directors on December 17, 2025, during which Liu Yan was elected chairman of the ninth board. The board also appointed Liu Lixin as general manager, effective immediately. Furthermore, Yi Lankai, Chen Jinxin, and Zhou Xiong were named deputy general managers, while Zhu Hongwei was appointed chief engineer, and Yang Yinghui was named chief financial officer. Yi Lankai also assumed the role of board secretary.

Concurrently, the company announced resolutions from its fourth extraordinary general meeting held on December 17, 2025. During this meeting, shareholders elected the new ninth board of directors, including Liu Yan, Liu Lixin, and Wu Chonglan, all of whom were successfully elected. Independent directors elected include Fu Xiaoping, Hu Haifeng, and Yang Yan.

The company also approved the 2025-2027 performance assessment indicators for the management team and appointed Dai Qiang as the securities affairs representative. As of the announcement date, senior management personnel, with the exception of Yi Lankai, who holds 240,000 shares, do not hold any company shares.
