Three Gorges Water Power elects new board, chairman, and senior management

Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy & Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd. announced resolutions from its Third Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 18, 2025. Key approvals included revisions to the company's articles of association, shareholder meeting rules, board of directors meeting rules, and independent director work system. Shareholders also approved the 2025 first three-quarters profit distribution plan.

A new 11th board of directors was elected, with Lin Feng appointed as chairman, and Jiang Jianfeng and Zhou Weiwei as vice chairmen. The board also appointed Jiang Jianfeng as general manager and He Huaxiang as chief legal counsel (chief compliance officer). Both terms align with the 11th board of directors. Yin Mingxin was elected as a worker director to the 11th board.

Board committees were reconstituted, with Lin Feng leading the strategic and ESG committee, Wang Benzhe chairing the audit committee, and He Yonghong heading both the nomination and remuneration and assessment committees. The company extended its board of directors authorization decision plan until June 30, 2026.
