Hanma Technology completes capital and governance restructuring, registered capital grows

Hanma Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Hanma Technology) announced the completion of its industrial and commercial registration changes, as evidenced by a new business license issued by the Ma'anshan Administration for Market Regulation. These changes follow resolutions passed during meetings on October 28, 2025, and November 19, 2025.

Key changes include an increase in the company's registered capital from yuan 654,314,844 to yuan 1,603,071,367. The resolutions also involved the cancellation of the supervisory board and amendments to the "Articles of Association" and related governance policies. The company's legal representative is Fan Xianjun.

The updated registration details confirm Hanma Technology as a listed company with a broad business scope, including the production and sales of road motor vehicles, new energy vehicles, and used cars. Its operations also encompass vehicle modification, repair and maintenance, manufacturing and wholesale/retail of automotive parts, and the manufacturing and sales of construction machinery. The company further engages in technology services, development, consulting, and import/export of goods.
