Baobian Electric appoints new auditor, updates business scope

Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Company Limited (SSE:600550) held its Fourth Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 18, 2025. Shareholders approved the appointment of Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants as the company's auditor for 2025, with 96.6244% of votes in favor. The resolution also determined the audit fees.

Baobian Electric announced the completion of its industrial and commercial change registration. Following resolutions passed at the Eighth Board of Directors' Thirty-Ninth Meeting on October 24, 2025, and the Third Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 13, 2025, the company updated its business scope.

The updated business scope, reflected in the new business license issued by the Baoding Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, includes manufacturing and sales of transformers, rectifiers, inductors, electrical machinery, and power equipment. It also covers research, development, and services in new energy, industrial design, and construction, including nuclear safety equipment and engineering projects.
