Zhejiang Daily Digital Culture Venture Fund completes successful registration

Zhejiang Daily Digital Culture Group (SSE:600633) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Fuchun Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. ("Fuchun Cloud Technology"), has progressed in its investment in the Hangzhou Hangshu Intelligent No. 1 Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("the Fund"). The Fund successfully completed its filing with the Asset Management Association of China on December 16, 2025, receiving filing code SBLP84.

Fuchun Cloud Technology is a limited partner in the Fund, which has a total committed capital of RMB 85,000,000. Fuchun Cloud Technology's committed contribution is RMB 21,000,000, representing 24.71% of the total. This investment is a specialized fund primarily targeting YunJian Information Technology Co., Ltd., a digital product and technical service platform.

The company anticipates this investment will enhance its reach into the upstream and downstream industrial chains of its main business, explore synergistic applications within its digital technology segment, and potentially increase investment returns. Zhejiang Daily Digital Culture Group emphasizes that this investment will not significantly impact its normal business operations, financial status, or the interests of its shareholders, while acknowledging inherent investment risks.
