Beijing Tong Ren Tang Co., Ltd. has issued a clarification regarding recent media reports about "Antarctic Krill Oil" products and the "Tong Ren Tang" brand. The company stated it does not directly or indirectly hold any equity or investment in Sichuan Health Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Health Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., itself under the Tong Ren Tang Group. The "Tong Ren Tang" trademark and trade name rights belong solely to the Tong Ren Tang Group.

The company's primary business involves the production and sale of traditional Chinese medicines, including over 400 product categories. Beijing Tong Ren Tang emphasizes that all its pharmaceutical products are self-produced and not outsourced to third-party manufacturers. Its products prominently feature the "Tong Ren Tang Twin Dragon Trademark" and clearly indicate the production unit.

Beijing Tong Ren Tang confirmed it is actively communicating with the Tong Ren Tang Group to safeguard the brand's image and reputation. The Tong Ren Tang Group is reportedly urging Tong Ren Tang Health to address the matter in accordance with legal provisions. The company assures investors that its production and operations remain normal as it works to protect its long-standing brand equity.
