SIPG appoints new legal representative, chairman

Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG) announced that Yu Fulin has been appointed as the company's new legal representative, effective December 17, 2025. This change follows a series of resolutions passed at the company's first extraordinary general meeting and the 63rd meeting of the third board of directors, both held on December 16, 2025. These resolutions included the election of a new chairman and adjustments to the board's special committees.

The company completed the industrial and commercial registration amendment for the change in legal representative and the filing of its Articles of Association with the Shanghai market supervision administration on December 17, 2025. SIPG, established on October 21, 1988, is a joint-stock limited company (foreign-invested, listed). The company's registered capital stands at RMB 2,328,136.5262.

SIPG's business scope encompasses a broad range of port and logistics services, including cargo handling (including containerized goods), storage, transit, water and land transportation, container dismantling, cleaning, repair, manufacturing, and leasing. It also covers international shipping, warehousing, processing, distribution, logistics information management, and services for international passengers, pilotage, tug services, shipping agency, freight forwarding, and the supply of ship materials.
