Silan Microelectronics advances 12-inch chip manufacturing project

Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. announced progress on its "12-inch high-end analog integrated circuit chip manufacturing production line project (Phase I)". The project, implemented by Xiamen Silan Jihua Microelectronics Co., Ltd. in Xiamen's Haicang District, recently secured the "Xiamen City Enterprise Investment Project Filing Certificate (Domestic Investment)".

The company had previously entered into a strategic cooperation agreement and an investment cooperation agreement for this project on October 18, 2025, with the Xiamen Municipal People's Government and Xiamen Haicang District People's Government. The first phase of the project involves a total investment of CNY 10 bn, with a registered capital of CNY 6.01 bn, and aims to achieve a monthly production capacity of 20,000 wafers.

The project, which focuses on high-end analog integrated circuit chips, received approval from the company's ninth board meeting on October 18, 2025, and the third extraordinary general meeting on December 8, 2025. Investors are cautioned to be aware of investment risks as the company will provide further updates on the project's development.
