Nanshan Group unpledges significant shares of Shandong Nanshan Aluminium

As of December 16, 2025, Nanshan Group, the controlling shareholder of Shandong Nanshan Aluminium, completed the unpledging of 184,199,294 shares. These shares were released from a pledged account and transferred to Nanshan Group's ordinary account. This transaction represents 7.90% of Nanshan Group's total shareholding and 1.59% of the company's total share capital.

Following this release, Nanshan Group's cumulative pledged shares now total 163,000,000, representing 1.40% of the company's total share capital and 6.99% of Nanshan Group's holdings. Its concert party, Shandong Yili Power Co., Ltd., maintains pledged shares of 1,125,970,000, which accounts for 9.70% of the company's total share capital and 43.62% of its own holdings.

Collectively, Nanshan Group and Shandong Yili Power Co., Ltd. now have a total of 1,288,970,000 pledged shares. This figure represents 11.10% of Shandong Nanshan Aluminium's total share capital and 26.24% of their combined holdings. The company will disclose any future pledging plans in accordance with regulations.
