Suken Agricultural Development board approves strategic acquisition, new deputy general manager

Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Reclamation And Development Co., Ltd. (Suken Agricultural Development) held its board meeting on December 15, 2025. The board unanimously approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in Jiangsu Dafeng Huafeng Seed Industry Co., Ltd. by Dahua Seed Industry Holdings. The cash consideration for this acquisition will not exceed 24,666,600 yuan. This strategic move aims to expand the company's agricultural footprint.

In addition to the acquisition, the board also unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Zou Yi as deputy general manager (seconded position) of the company. His tenure will commence from the date of board approval and will last until the end of his secondment period.

These resolutions, effective December 16, 2025, reflect the company's ongoing efforts to enhance its operational capabilities and strengthen its leadership team. All eight directors voted in favor of both proposals, with no dissenting or abstaining votes.
