OmniVision Group moves closer to H-share listing with post-hearing information pack

OmniVision Integrated Circuits (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company") has published its post-hearing information pack on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. This follows the Company's application to list H-shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the initial application submitted on June 27, 2025.

The Company received confirmation of its H-share listing information from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on December 9, 2025, as per an approval letter. The listing committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange subsequently held a hearing on the Company's application on December 11, 2025.
