Following this transaction, none of Mr. Du Xuan's 76,116,433 shares in Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech remain pledged.

Mr. Du Xuan holds 76,116,433 shares, accounting for 8.09% of the company's total share capital. This full release means the number of remaining pledged shares is now zero, both in terms of his individual holdings and the company's total share capital. The company confirmed that these unpledged shares are not planned for subsequent re-pledging.

Shenzhen Kingdom Sci-Tech stated that any future changes regarding Mr. Du Xuan's share pledging status would be disclosed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. This development indicates a potential shift in the financial position or strategy of the major shareholder.
