EGing Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its industrial and commercial registration changes and the filing of its revised articles of association. These amendments follow resolutions passed at board and general meetings on October 30, 2025, and November 17, 2025, respectively.

Key approved changes include the abolishment of the supervisory board and revisions to certain clauses of the company's articles of association. Aside from these specific changes, all other industrial and commercial registration details recorded in the company's business license remain unaltered. The announcement was made by the board of directors on December 10, 2025.
