Chihong Zinc & Germanium's controlling shareholder change finalized

Yunnan Chihong Zinc&Germanium announced the completion of the transfer of 1,944,142,784 shares, representing 38.57% of its total share capital, from Yunnan Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. to China Copper Co., Ltd. This transaction, effective December 12, 2025, makes China Copper Co., Ltd. the new controlling shareholder. Following the transfer, Yunnan Metallurgical Group no longer holds any shares in the company.

The change in controlling shareholder is part of an initiative to optimize state-owned capital allocation and improve resource deployment. Despite the ownership change, the actual controller of Yunnan Chihong Zinc&Germanium remains the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

The company confirmed that this equity change will not adversely affect its daily operations or the interests of its shareholders. The transaction adheres to relevant laws and regulations.
