Bank of Communications business director Tang Shuo resigns

Mr. Tang Shuo has resigned from his position as Business Director (Corporate and Institutional Business) at Bank of Communications due to a work transfer, effective December 15, 2025. The bank confirmed there are no disagreements with the board or senior management regarding his departure, nor any matters requiring notification to shareholders or creditors.

Mr. Tang joined Bank of Communications in 2001 and served the bank for 24 consecutive years. During his tenure, he held various significant roles including president of the Beijing branch, president of the Guangdong branch, president and vice president of the Jiangxi branch, vice president and assistant president of the Beijing branch, and deputy general manager of the Corporate and Institutional Business Department at the head office.

The Bank of Communications board expressed sincere gratitude to Mr. Tang for his dedicated contributions to the bank's reform and development throughout his diligent service.
