Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology announces new joint company secretary

Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. announced that Zhao Mingjing will resign from his roles as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective December 12, 2025. Zhao confirmed there are no disagreements with the board and no other matters needing to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Following Zhao’s resignation, the board announced the appointment of Lai Ying Tung as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, also effective December 12, 2025. Ms. Lai possesses the professional qualifications required under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. Tian Min will continue in her role as the other joint company secretary.

Lai Ying Tung currently serves as a corporate services manager at Vistra Corporate Services (HK) Limited, bringing nearly a decade of company secretarial experience with public and private companies. She holds a master's degree in corporate governance from City University of Hong Kong and has been a member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the UK since 2021.
