Olympic Circuit Technology announces RMB 0.3 cash dividend

Olympic Circuit Technology announced its 2025 interim equity distribution, approved at the company's fourth extraordinary shareholders' meeting on November 13, 2025. The distribution entails a cash dividend of RMB 0.3 (inclusive of tax) per share for A-share holders. The total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to RMB 216,177,695.10, based on the company's total share capital of 720,592,317 shares.

The equity registration date for the dividend is December 19, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment scheduled for December 22, 2025. This distribution does not involve any bonus shares or capitalization from provident funds.

Taxation for individual shareholders and securities investment funds will be handled according to differentiated personal income tax policies based on holding periods, with varied tax rates applied. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and Hong Kong market investors via "Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect" will face a 10% withholding tax, resulting in a net cash dividend of RMB 0.27 per share. Other institutional investors and corporate shareholders will be responsible for their own tax payments, receiving a pre-tax dividend of RMB 0.3 per share.
