Secote major shareholder releases significant share pledge

Suzhou Secote Precision Electronic Company Limited announced today that its major shareholder, Ms. Zeng Hui, has released a pledge on 535.50 million shares. This transaction occurred on December 11, 2025. Following this release, Ms. Zeng Hui's total pledged shares now stand at 1,939.00 million shares, representing 37.17% of her directly held shares and 7.15% of the company's total share capital. The company clarified that this release has been adjusted to reflect the 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which saw a 4-for-10 share capital increase from the capital reserve.

Ms. Zeng Hui directly holds 5,216.0795 million shares, accounting for 19.24% of the company's total share capital. The company stated that there are no immediate plans for Ms. Zeng Hui to re-pledge the recently released shares. Any future changes will be disclosed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
