SAIC Motor projects RMB 1.48 bn in H1 2026 related-party transactions

SAIC Motor Corporation Limited anticipates total related-party transactions of RMB 1.48 billion for the first half of 2026. This includes RMB 750 million for goods supply, with RMB 500 million for goods supplied by SAIC Group and its subsidiaries to related parties, and RMB 250 million for goods supplied by related parties to SAIC Group and its subsidiaries. Additionally, RMB 130 million is projected for comprehensive service agreements, split between RMB 100 million for services supplied by SAIC Group to related parties and RMB 30 million for services from related parties to SAIC Group.

Further projections include RMB 30 million for housing, land, and vehicle leasing agreements and RMB 350 million for financial service agreements (excluding SAIC Finance Co., Ltd.). SAIC Finance Co., Ltd. expects RMB 250 million in related financial services, comprising RMB 30 million in deposit interest, RMB 210 million in loan principal and interest, and RMB 10 million for bill and other financial services with SAIC General Company and its related entities.

Other significant estimates include RMB 50 million for services with Shanghai Motor Vehicle Inspection and Certification Technology Research Center Co., Ltd., RMB 3 million for goods and RMB 300 for services with Shanghai Jieneng Zhidian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and RMB 200 million for goods with REPT Battero Energy Co., Ltd. The company also anticipates banking transactions with China Merchants Bank, with daily deposit balances not exceeding RMB 12 billion and maximum credit exposure not exceeding RMB 45 billion. These transactions are based on fair and reasonable principles, aiming to support the company's growth and market expansion.
