Baoji Titanium Industry delays board re-election

Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. today announced the delay of its eighth board of directors' re-election, as preparations for the new board's election are not yet finalized. To ensure continuity of operations, the company has decided to postpone the re-election.

Consequently, the terms of the board's specialized committees and senior management will also be extended. The company has affirmed its commitment to actively progress the re-election work and will disclose relevant information in a timely manner.

All current members of the eighth board of directors, senior management, and other appointed personnel will continue to fulfill their duties and responsibilities until the re-election is completed. Baoji Titanium Industry stated that this delay will not impact the company's normal operations.
