AVIC Shenyang Aircraft completes capital increase for subsidiary

AVIC Shenyang Aircraft Corporation (AVIC Shenyang Aircraft) has successfully completed the capital increase and industrial and commercial change registration for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenyang Aircraft Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (Shenfei Company). This follows a resolution to add Shenfei Company as the implementing entity for the "supplementary working capital" fundraising project.

The capital injection amounted to CNY 3,481,236,582.58, derived from a portion of raised funds and accrued interest. This transaction was approved by AVIC Shenyang Aircraft's board of directors and subsequently by its second extraordinary general meeting in 2025. As a result, Shenfei Company's registered capital has increased to CNY 9,701,943,493.20.

Shenfei Company has received the funds and obtained a new business license from the Huanggu District Market Supervision Administration in Shenyang, reflecting the updated registered capital. Other industrial and commercial registration details remain unchanged.
