Zheshang Securities redeems 2025 short-term financing bonds

Zheshang Securities Co., Ltd. announced the completion of the redemption of its 2025 seventh tranche short-term financing bonds. These bonds, with an issue size of RMB 1 billion and a coupon rate of 1.57%, were issued on July 21, 2025, with a term of 141 days.

The principal and interest for these short-term financing bonds were fully redeemed on December 9, 2025. The total amount paid by the company for this redemption was RMB 1,006,064,931.51.
